2. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for obtaining all rights and permissions for content supplied to Godoweb.

• The client shall review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid project delays.

3. Project Scope and Changes

• The scope of work and deliverables are defined in the signed proposal or contract.

• Any additional work or changes outside the agreed scope must be approved in writing and may incur extra charges and affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made according to the schedule in the proposal or invoice.

• Godoweb reserves the right to suspend services if payments are delayed beyond the agreed terms.

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the customized nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

• Refunds or credits may be issued only at Godoweb’s sole discretion under exceptional circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership of the final deliverables produced by Godoweb.

• Godoweb retains ownership of any preliminary work, templates, or proprietary tools unless explicitly transferred.

• Godoweb may showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive or proprietary information disclosed during the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Godoweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

• The total liability of Godoweb, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services rendered.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

• Godoweb provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding specific results, including but not limited to search engine rankings or sales increases.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice.

• The client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
